Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members who buy full price ticket of Economy Class of domestic self-support flights for actual acceptance for carriage with aviation code of Hainan Airlines(HU), Grand China Air(CN), Tianjin Airlines(GS), Lucky Air(8L), Capital Airlines(JD), Fuzhou Airlines(FU), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX), Suparna Airlines(Y8), Urumqi Air(UQ), Air Changan(9H) and West Air(PN), have the opportunity for complimentary upgrade to business class Within 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, member service hotline will call members and handle upgrade according to passenger load factor of Economy Class and retaining seat capacity of business class of the flight.
The service center will call to invite our elite members for a complimentary upgrade within 24 hours prior to flight departure based on flight occupancy and seat availability in Business Class. Complimentary upgrades will be given to Platinum, Gold, and Silver Card members in order of priority. For flights with complimentary upgrades, points will be accumulated based on the fare class purchased.
Elite members can apply for a free change within 4 hours before departure after the complimentary upgrade has been confirmed. For voluntary transfers, handling fees are based on purchased fare class. For involuntary transfers ticket processing is subject to the rules of irregular flights.
If Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members redeem a domestic or international flights of award upgrade or Fortune Classic Award (including domestic and international charter flights, and code-sharing flights of member airlines as follows) which can accumulate miles and are operated by and with codes of Hainan Airlines(HU), Grand China Air (CN), Lucky Air (8L), Tianjin Airlines (GS), Hong Kong Airlines (HX), Capital Airlines (JD), Fuzhou Airlines (FU) Suparna Airlines (Y8) and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX), they can enjoy free changing ticket service before departure.

When Platinum Card, Gold Card and Silver Card members buy China domestic ticket passenger ticket (not including Hong Kong Tianwan and Macao) of accumulated classification points cabin for actual acceptance for carriage and aviation code of Hainan Airlines, Grand China Air, Capital Airlines, Tianjin Airlines, Lucky Air, West Air, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines, Fuzhou Airlines, Urumqi Airlines, Air Changan, Suparna Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines and apply for passenger ticket modification changing within four hours (inclusive) before the scheduled flight departure, they can be exempted from handling charge for ticket changing. When changing tickets, passenger should present their valid elite member cards or provide a valid elite member card number proactively. If agents do not follow rules, please contact 95339-3 in time. .
This rules does not apply to the following circumstances:
(1) Fortune Flex Award.
(2) Ticket with no SQPs accrual. (Click here to get point-earning standard)
(3) Group ticket, irregular passenger ticket or other passenger tickets of special products marked with “no refund or change”.
(4) Domestic flights with international connecting tickets.
(5) Flights operated by above-mentioned airlines with the numbers issued by other airlines (not belonging to the above companies).
(6) For other matters not covered, please refer to each member airline’s general transportation conditions and their respective management regulations of various classes.
If providing a valid Fortune Wings Elite member card and tickets operated under the codes of Hainan Airlines(HU), Grand China Air(CN), Tianjin Airlines(GS), Hong Kong Airlines(HX), Lucky Air(8L), Capital Airlines(JD), Fuzhou Airlines(FU), Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines(GX), Suparna Airlines(Y8), Urumqi Air(UQ), Air Changan(9H) and West Air(PN), Platinum Card members and Gold Card members can enjoy 30kg of extra free baggage allowance for weight concept route or one piece of baggage for piece concept route; Silver Card members can enjoy 20kg of extra free baggage allowance for weight concept route or one piece of baggage for piece concept route.

How do I use points overdraft? Points overdraft is a privilege for Platinum and Gold Card members. When account balance is insufficient, these members can overdraw a certain amount of points for redemption.
1. The overdraft limit for Platinum Card members is 15000 points; the overdraft limit for Gold Card members is 6000 points.
2. For redemption, multiple overdrafts are allowed within permitted limit. Elite members can redeem awards using solely the overdraft. Points earned after the overdraft will go to pay off the overdrawn credit first.
3. Elite members upgraded from points accrual will receive the privilege of points overdraft. Members who obtained elite cards through special deals or promotions are not entitled to this privilege.
A Platinum Card member can apply to gift a Sliver Card to a friend or family member within the validity period of their membership.
Within the validity period of each elite status, any SQPs or SQSs earned in excess of elite status qualifying requirements can be applied toward retaining or upgrading your membership level for the next period.
For example, if a Gold Card member has earned 50 SQSs within the validity period of their elite status(40 SQSs required to keep a Gold Card membership), then the elite member has successfully maintained their membership status, and the additional 10 SQSs will be applied toward retaining their status in the next period. In the next period, the member would only need to accrue another 30 SQSs to keep their Gold Card or another 70 SQSs to upgrade to a Platinum Card.
One Platinum Card member can apply for a free Fortune Wings Silver Card for a friend or a family member within the validity period.
1.One Platinum Card member can apply for a free Fortune Wings Silver Card for a designated friend or a designated relatives and friends (not for the member himself) within the validity period.
2.Members should provide relevant information of the recipient, including, but not limited to, a Fortune Wings card number, name, contact number, etc. Passengers who are not Fortune Wings Club members should provide credential numbers. Fortune Wings Club will finish membership upgrade and deliver elite cards to recipients within 5 calendar days. Service fee for voluntary changes and cancellation of paid tickets is the same for both Select Card members and regular passengers.
