Notification on the Adjustment of the Free Refunds and Changes Rights for Paid Tickets of Fortune Wings Club Elite Members

Dear Fortune Wings Club Elite Members：
Beginning on September 1st 2021, the Fortune Wings Club will make changes regarding the free refund / reschedule policy for elite members who purchase tickets. The changes are as follows:
1.The free refund policy will be cancelled for Fortune Wings Elite members taking a Fortune Wings Club partner Airline flight.
2.Fortune Wings Elite members will still be able to reschedule for free when taking a Fortune Wings Club partner Airline flight.
3. The time limit for Fortune Wings Elite members free rescheduling will be adjusted to 4 hours before the original flight departure time (previously 2 hours before the original flight departure time).
Other applicable rules regarding member’s rights and benefits will remain unchanged, and the implementation date of this adjustment is subject to the date when the ticket is issued.
