As Air Berlin has declared bankruptcy, Hainan Airlines will cease frequent flyer cooperation with Air Berlin as of September 1, 2017. From September 1, 2017, Fortune Wings members will no longer be able to earn Fortune Wings points for tickets purchased from airberlin, or redeem Fortune Wings points for Air Berlin award tickets.

Please note:

1. Fortune Wings points can be accrued normally for airberlin tickets successfully purchased before September 1, 2017. Please submit any necessary claims before November 1, 2017, as Fortune Wings Club will not accept any further claims for Air Berlin flights after this time.
