Notes

1. To ensure that points are correctly credited to your account after your travel, please provide your Fortune Wings card number when booking your flight or handling check-in formalities.
2. Points accrual K is based on flight distance measured in kilometers, which is in accordance with the "Ticketed Point Mileage” (TPM) published by IATA.
3. Fortune Wings Club members can accumulate Fortune Wings points when taking TAP Air Portugal operated flights with flight number TP 1-3999 .
4. Free tickets, group tickets, and other tickets that TAP Air Portugal has specified not eligible to earn points will not be valid for the accumulation of Fortune Wings points. Fortune Wings Club members cannot accumulate Fortune Wings points when taking TAP Air Portugal with flight number TP 4000-9999.
5. The ticket “Brand” refers to ticket class of service, please pay special attention as it will impact the number of points you earn.
6. One flight’s points can only be recorded once in one frequent flyer program (FFP) account – either the Fortune Wings Club or Victoria Programme of TAP Air Portugal.
7. If your new points fail to show up on your Fortune Wings account, please fax or email us (ffp@hnair.com) a copy of your flight tickets or call (86-898) 950717 for points retro-crediting within 180 days starting from the next day of your flight. Please preserve your boarding pass and a copy of your ticket until your points are correctly credited to your account.
8. The above mentioned Points-earning Standards of TAP Air Portugal came into effect as of March 28, 2018.
