1. Member must provide a valid membership card showing their membership number and registered name upon check-in at the Hotel. The name on the hotel reservation must match the name on the Fortune Wings Club membership card.
2. If Member completes the reserved stay at the Hotel but fails to provide his/her membership card, such Members may email relevant document (valid receipt issued by Mystays) to hka.ffp@hkairlines.com within 6 months after the relevant transaction.
3. Points earned will be credited to members' accounts two months after completion hotel stay. In the event a booking is cancelled, the points will not be awarded.
4. Offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
6. The offer is valid till 28 February 2018.
7. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Airlines and Mystays reserves the right of final decision.
