A.     PROMOTION PERIOD

1. Eligible Flight Period

International and regional flights actually operated by Hainan Airlines that arrive in Mainland China from 00:00 on September 15, 2025 to 24:00 on December 31, 2025.
Note: Subject to the flight's arrival time in Mainland China.

2. Hotel Check-in Deadline

From now until December 31, 2025 (inclusive).

B.     ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Passengers who arrive in Mainland China via international, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regional flights actually operated by Hainan Airlines (flight code: HU), and are dual members of both Fortune Wings Club and Marriott Bonvoy.

C.     PROMOTION DETAILS

During the validity period of the promotion, members who take international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regional flights actually operated by Hainan Airlines (flight code: HU) to enter Mainland China, book through the designated promotion page and successfully check in at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels in Hainan within 30 days (including the date of entry) from the date of entering Mainland China are eligible to participate in this promotion. The first night of the hotel stay must not be later than December 31, 2025; stays where the first night is on or after January 1, 2026 are not eligible for this promotion.

If members set their [Earning Preference] to earn Fortune Wings Club Points, they will, in addition to the normal accumulation of Fortune Wings Award Points, receive three rewards after completing the check-in: additional Fortune Wings Award Points, Fortune Wings Status Qualifying Points, and one HNA CLUB Lounge Voucher for departures from Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport. Moreover, during the stay, members can enjoy the room upgrade service benefit provided by the participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels (subject to room availability).

Note: For example, if a passenger arrives on October 1, they can participate in the hotel promotion from October 1 to October 30.

2. HNA CLUB Voucher for Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport

The list of recipients eligible for the lounge voucher reward shall be subject to the list verified and confirmed by Marriott, which shall be consistent with the list of recipients eligible for the Fortune Wings Award Points reward obtained from the Marriott stay.
Restrictions: Rewards can only be enjoyed once for stays of up to 7 consecutive days at the same hotel.

3. Hotel Benefits

(1) Exclusive Benefits Provided by Participating Marriott Bonvoy Hotels

l  Breakfast for up to two guests per night;

l  Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. (subject to room availability);

l  One-tier room upgrade (subject to room availability).

(2) Restrictions: The name on the boarding pass must be consistent with the name of the guest checking in.

(3) Guest Verification: When checking in, the front desk of the participating hotel will verify the boarding pass information to determine whether the guest is eligible to participate in the promotion.

E.     REWARD ISSUANCE TIME

The three rewards (Fortune Wings Award Points, Fortune Wings Status Qualifying Points, and one HNA CLUB Lounge Voucher for Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport) are expected to be credited to the member's account within 15 working days from the date the member checks out (the actual crediting time shall prevail). The list of reward recipients shall be subject to the list verified and provided by Marriott.

Participation in this promotion is not restricted by nationality or any connecting route.

B.  BOARDING PASS VERIFICATION

1. Valid Forms: Physical boarding pass or electronic boarding pass (on mobile device).

2. Eligible Flights: International and regional flights actually operated by Hainan Airlines that arrive in Mainland China from 00:00 on September 15, 2025 to 24:00 on December 31, 2025.

3. Verification Period: Verification must be completed within 30 days (including the arrival day) from the date the boarding pass is issued (i.e., the date of arrival in Mainland China).

C.  GENERAL TERMS

1. Registration and Membership Enrollment

(1) Non-Fortune Wings Club members can register via the exclusive online member registration link.

(2) Non-Marriott Bonvoy members can register through the following two methods:

  • Online: Through the exclusive member registration link.
  • Offline: Must register before checking in at the front desk of a participating hotel (please refer to the specific list of participating hotels in Article 5 "List of Participating Hotels" of these Terms).

2. Promotion Rules

(1) Earning Preference Selection

  • Members must select Fortune Wings Club Award Points as their earning preference in Marriott Bonvoy accounts.
  • Fortune Wings Club membership numbers must be accurately linked during setup.
  • Eligible participants who select Marriott Bonvoy points as their earning preference are not eligible for this Promotion and will not receive the bonus Fortune Wings Club Award Points even if the other terms and conditions of this offer have been met.

(2) Terms of Use for the HNA CLUB Lounge Voucher for Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport

(a) Rules for Using the Lounge Voucher

  • Validity Period of the Lounge Voucher: Valid from the date of issuance until January 31, 2026.
  • Recipients Eligible for Using the Lounge Voucher: Limited to the member who holds the voucher. That is, the name of the passenger, the person entering the lounge, and the holder of the lounge voucher must be consistent.
  • Eligible Flights: Domestic flights actually operated by Hainan Airlines and departing from Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport.
  • Eligible Lounge: This voucher is only applicable to the HNA CLUB Lounge in Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport, which is located approximately 200 meters to the left after passing through the No. 17 VIP Security Check, at the T-junction, opposite Gate 47.
  • Service Hours: Enjoy 2 hours of in-lounge rest and catering services.

(b) Process for Using the Lounge Voucher

l  After completing the check-in procedure at Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport, the member proceeds to the entrance of the HNA CLUB Lounge.

l  Present the Fortune Wings Club membership information and the lounge voucher in the account to the staff.

l  After the staff verifies the information, the member can enter the lounge to enjoy free waiting services.

(C) Notes

l  Each lounge voucher is for single-person, one-time use only and cannot be used in lounges at other airports or terminals. Meanwhile, lounge vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to others, or used in combination. Unused vouchers will automatically become invalid after the expiration date.

l  Once a lounge voucher is redeemed, it cannot be returned. Members must properly manage their voucher usage.

l  The use of the lounge voucher must comply with the relevant management regulations of the HNA CLUB Lounge in Terminal 2 of Haikou Meilan International Airport. The specific service content and opening hours shall be subject to the actual situation. In case of adjustments, the on-site arrangement shall prevail. Members are advised to check the relevant information before traveling.

l  In case of force majeure or special circumstances, Hainan Airlines reserves the right to adjust or terminate the lounge service.

D.  EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

1.  Non-Transferable: Limited to the enrolled member.

2.     Combination Rules: Cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or loyalty benefits.

3.     Booking Channels: Only direct bookings via Marriott’s official channels qualify.

F.  OTHER TERMS

1.  Right to Modify: Marriott International and Hainan Airlines reserve the right to modify or terminate the  promotion without prior notice.

3.     Hainan Airlines and Marriott Bonvoy shall independently assume corresponding responsibilities within the scope of the benefits they respectively provide. Any disputes or conflicts arising from the benefits provided by either party shall be resolved by that party in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and its own policies, and the other party shall not bear any joint or supplementary liability.

4.     Matters related to check-in at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels in Hainan and hotel service benefits shall be subject to the actual provisions of the participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels in Hainan.
