Missing Miles?

As a member of the Fortune Wings Club, you have access to your account on the Club’s web site, http://ffp.hnair.com/FFPCluben/ (English) or http://ffp.hnair.com (Chinese). It is a wise idea to check your account from time to time to ensure you are receiving the proper credit for your flights or other purchases that accrue miles. If you have used miles to upgrade, check that you have received credit for the original economy class ticket. In the event that you discover miles are missing, please send a message to ffp@hnair.com, or if you are a silver or gold member, to VIP@hnair.com. Include your original ticket number, starting with 880, your member number, date of travel and any other pertinent details. Hainan Airlines Puts China on Sale from Seattle

Space is limited, but starting at only $411 each way, including all taxes and surcharges and based on roundtrip economy class purchase, Hainan Airlines offers a special weekday fare from Seattle to Beijing or Shanghai. Weekend travel is $100 higher roundtrip. Similarly attractive fares are available from other U.S. and Canadian cities. A seven day advance purchase is required, along with a minimum stay of six days and a maximum stay of six months. Travel must commence between December 27, 2010 and April 29, 2011. (Note that this very special fare does not accrue Fortune Wings Club miles and cannot be upgraded with miles.)
