Known as the “Heart of Europe”, Hungary is located in the middle of Europe. Its
capital, Budapest, acknowledged as “Paris of East Europe”and “Rose of
Danube”,is famous for its long history and beautiful landscape. Based in
Budapest, Hungary Airlines has a route network serving the whole Europe
Continent with 49 service stations setting globally.
On February 17th 2004, HNA and Hungary Airlines reached an agreement to open
the route between Beijing and Budapest, serving by Boeing 767-300 ER with the
frequency of three flights per week in this September. As the first direct
flight between China and Hungary, this will bring the two carriers further
cooperation on ticketing, cargo and frequent flyers program.
Hungary has become one of the destination countries for Chinese people to
travel at their own expense since August 2003. HAN will build up a new bridge
of air between China and Hungary by serving this new route which not only
brings convenience for people traveling but also pushing the communication on
cross cultures and cooperations of two countries. |
