Notes

1. Please provide your Fortune Wings card number when booking your flight or handling check-in formalities.
2. Vaild flights for earning points:
(1)Virgin Australia Prime Flights(Virgin Australia should be the marketing and operating carrier) Earn is limited to flights between and within Australia and New Zealand and Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
(2)Codeshare Flights between Hainan Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, Capital Airlines, Tianjin Airlines and Virgin Australia
3. Platinum card, gold card and silver card members can earn bonus points when they take codeshare flights which are marketed by Hainan Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, Capital Airlines, Tianjin Airlines and operated by Virgin Australia.
4. The Fortune Wings points are accumulated in “kilometer” and in accordance with the "Ticketed Point Mileage” (TPM) published by IATA.
5. Free tickets, group tickets, and other tickets that Virgin Australia has specified not eligible to earn points will not be valid for the accumulation of Fortune Wings points.
6. Fortune Wings Club members cannot accumulate Fortune Wings points when taking Virgin Australia charter flights with the fare base codes VA9000-VA9999.
7. Booking code refers to the code indicated in the “CLASS” column on the ticket. Please pay special attention as it will impact the number of points you earn.
8. One flight’s points can only be recorded once in one frequent flyer program (FFP) account – either Fortune Wings Club or Velocity program of Virgin Australia.
9. If your new points fail to show up on your Fortune Wings account, please visit ffp.hnair.com, fax or email a copy of your flight tickets to ffp@hnair.com or call (86-898) 950717 within 180 days and after 14 days since your flight date to file a claim. Please preserve your boarding pass and a copy of your ticket until your new air miles in points are credited to your account.
10. The above mentioned accumulation standards of Virgin Australia came into effect as of 6 July, 2017.
11. Effective from 2 July, 2018, Fortune Wings Club elite members can enjoy including lounge access, priority check-in, extra baggage allowance and priority boarding premium customer services by presenting valid physical membership cards when taking part of Virgin Australia(VA) flights.
