【Terms & Conditions】

1. Award tickets only apply to flights operated by Hainan Airlines except private plane, chartered plane, and code share flights.

2. The point requirements for infants or children to redeem award airline tickets are the same as those for adults

3. In the event that there is more than one available preferential offer (including promotion offers), only the best offer applies. This means you cannot use the same offer more than once or combine multiple promotions together.

4. Award tickets do not apply to cabin upgrades.

5. After redeeming the reward tickets, passengers cannot change names and flight routes or transfer to other airlines.

6. It is allowed to change flight dates/ flight numbers in the promotion period. The fee for changing regional/ international tickets is 200 RMB (or currency of equal value) per ticket for each change request. If any passenger cancels his or her ticket voluntarily, the points deducted will not be returned. Passengers could apply for a refund of the taxes paid on the unused ticket within the validity period. Other conditions are the same with regular passenger tickets.
