| The following Terms and Conditions are related to the Fortune Wings Club and its partners, as well as between the Fortune Wings Club and its members. Please read the following terms and conditions to find out the limited liability and exemption of liability of the Fortune Wings Club. |

1. The Fortune Wings Club is the frequent flyer program for Hainan Airlines, Grand China Air, Lucky Air, Grand China Express, West Air, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways.
2. Passengers that are two years of age or older are eligible to join the Fortune Wings Club free of charge and participate in all programs including earning and redeeming miles for various awards.
3. Companies and other legal entities are not eligible to take part in this frequent flyer program. This program will not accept joint applications or any similar applications of more than one person, nor will it accept multiple applications by the same person.
4. Passengers shall ensure that his/her personal information is detailed and accurate; the Fortune Wings Club has the right to decline any application in the event of receiving incomplete or falsified personal information.
5. By completing and signing the application form, members shall agree and abide by the rules and regulations regarding mileage accumulation and reward programs set forth by the Fortune Wings Club as well as any changes or additions that might occur in the future.
6. The Fortune Wings Club has the sole right of ownership of the membership card. Qualified frequent flyers retain only the right of individual control, use and benefit. The card may not be arbitrarily used or transferred to others.
7. Please report to the Fortune Wings Club at once if your membership card suffers any damage, is lost or you do not receive the card. We will issue you a new card with the same account number.
8. Should there be any change in your address or phone number, please inform the Fortune Wings Club as soon as possible. The Fortune Wings Club shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay or expiration of correspondence that results from an incorrect address.
9. Mileage and account number cannot be transferred or joined with another account. Miles cannot be redeemed for cash. Members are subject to pay any taxes or fees that occur under relevant governmental regulations.
10. The mileage used to redeem for any awards must come from one account and cannot be calculated jointly with miles in another account, unless a special exemption is given by the Fortune Wings Club.
11. In the event of any abuse of awards, such as selling mileage, providing false documents or evidence (e.g. false flight evidence) or any other violation of rules and regulations, the Fortune Wings Club reserves the right to take any of the following measures according to the severity of specific cases without prior notice: the cancellation of the member's accrued mileage and not compensating for mileage loss, demanding the member to make compensation for any losses incurred to the Fortune Wings Club, the termination of the member's membership, demanding the member to repay the cost of any Economy, Business or First Class tickets used, and any other associated legal fees. In addition, the Fortune Wings Club reserves the right to decline any such membersĄ¯ reapplication.
12. The Fortune Wings Club is the final organization that has the right to decide whether members are qualified to earn miles; the Fortune Wings Club reserves the right to cancel the miles earned at any time provided members have obtained miles while violating the terms and conditions stated in the Member Manual.
13. The Fortune Wings Club has the right to adjust the mileage accrual and redemption standards according to specific situations, and shall notify members about these adjustments via the Fortune Wings Club Newsletter and website.
14. The Fortune Wings Club reserves the right to terminate, interpret or execute the terms and relevant procedures stated in this manual or to even terminate this frequent flyer program at any time without prior notice, even if such revisions or termination might compromise your mileage accumulation or award privileges. The Fortune Wings Club reserves the final rights of decision and explanation in any case.
15. The Fortune Wings Club and its partners may have a change in their addresses and phone numbers or the termination of the ClubĄ¯s partnership with them are subject to change without prior notice, and the Fortune Wings Club and its partners are not responsible for these changes.
16. The Fortune Wings Club will make the utmost effort to ensure its partners provide relevant services, but shall not be held responsible for the products and services from its partners.
17. In case of any legal dispute, arbitration shall take place in Haikou.
18. This version of the manual replaces all previous versions. All rules and regulations contained in this manual shall be considered definitive. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
