1ˇ˘The domestic multi-level classes setting standard of Hainan Airlines/Grand
China Airlines have been adjusted to the mileage earning standard in above
table form March 25th, 2012. This new standard is only applicable for Hainan
Airlines/Grand China Airlines and not applicable for Lucky Air, West Air,
TIanjin Airlines, Capital Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express
Airways.
2ˇ˘The Fortune Wings mileage is accumulated in units of "kilometerˇ± and in
standard of the "Ticket Point Mileageˇ± (TPM) published by IATA. Flight distance
above 500 kilometers, K is mileage you will earn based on the actual miles of
the flight distance. Flight distance below 500 kilometers, K will be calculated
according to 500 kilometers.
3ˇ˘Reservation Class Code refers to the code indicated in the column of ˇ°CLASSˇ±
on the ticket. Please pay special attention, as it affects your mileage
accrual.
4ˇ˘Members could earn mileage while flying on all regular ˇ°HUˇ± or ˇ°CNˇ± flights
operated by Hainan Airlines and Grand China Airlines. |

5ˇ˘Mileage will not be accumulated in the following
situations:
ˇĚ Taking special flights or international charter flights of Hainan Airlines
ˇĚ Taking flights not operated by Hainan Airlines and its partners
ˇĚ Flights taken prior to Fortune Wings Club membership registration
ˇĚ Flights that were purchased using free tickets
ˇĚ Flights that were purchased in bulk for group tickets
ˇĚ Other tickets that Hainan Airlines has specified to be not applicable for
mileage accrual

6ˇ˘Mileage for the same one flight could be only
credited into one Fortune Wings account of a passenger.
7ˇ˘Only F, C and Y classes of the tickets purchased by Golden Deer Card members
could earn 50% mileage of the above mileage earning standard, and mileage could
not be earned for other classes. Golden Deer Card members could not participate
in the mileage promotions offers for Hainan Airlines flights launched by the
Fortune Wings Club.
8ˇ˘Children tickets purchased in R, F, C and Y classes according to 50% of
published adultsˇŻ ticket price of first and economy classes could earn 50%
mileages of the above mileage earning standard.
9ˇ˘The mileage of tickets acquired through the ˇ°Fortune Journeyˇ± auction will be
accumulated according to the same standard with Y class.
10ˇ˘The Fortune Wings Club has the right to adjust the above standards at any
moment.
11ˇ˘The above standard is normal standard for mileage accumulation, if a
promotion of mileage accumulation launched, the standard for mileage
accumulation during the promotion should be subjected to the standard published
in the News on the Fortune Wings Club website.
